Video Content Analyst – French Speaker – Lisbon

Your responsibilities

• Review content including videos, images, text, and audio based on company policies
• Respond to user inquiries regarding Trust and Safety actions such as abuse reports and appeals
• Ensure the safety of users and brands by applying moderation guidelines
• Work in a 24/7 shift rotation with exposure to sensitive content (vulgarity, violence, explicit material, fake news)

Your profile

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required
• Fluent in French with good English skills
• Passionate about social media and online trends
• Excellent communication and listening abilities
• Motivated, reliable, and committed to your work
• Team player willing to collaborate in a multicultural environment

Conditions and benefits

• Contract: Long-term renewable fixed-term contract
• Working hours: Full-time, 40h per week, rotating shifts, 24/7 coverage
• Salary:
• 1,040 € gross/month with free accommodation in a shared flat (bills included)
• 1,240 € gross/month without accommodation
• Training: 10 days paid at 50% of base salary (minus taxes)
• Relocation package:
• Reimbursement of initial flight after 9 months
• Airport pick-up upon arrival
• Annual round-trip flight to home country within the EU
