Job description

As a French-speaking Customer Service Agent for one of the world’s most prestigious luxury fashion brands, you will deliver exceptional service to clients while representing the brand’s premium image. You will assist customers with product information, usage advice, and order follow-ups, ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance and exclusivity of the brand.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service via phone and email.
  • Share accurate product information with clients.
  • Offer professional usage advice on luxury items.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Your Profile

  • EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit/residency card.
  • Fluent French; English is a plus.
  • Passion for fashion and luxury brands.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Motivated, committed, and professional.
  • Team-oriented and open to working with colleagues from various nationalities.
  • Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career.
