Your responsibilities
You will represent an innovative online travel agency offering worldwide flight combinations on both regular and low-cost airlines as well as nearly 400,000 hotels and accommodations. Your mission will be to deliver excellent customer service to the French market, adding value at every step of the client journey.
- Manage incoming customer queries in a service-focused environment
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails
- Assist clients with upgrades, rescheduling, bookings, claims and questions
- Understand customer needs regarding travel packages, destinations, dates and budgets
- Manage bookings including changes, cancellations and new reservations
- Support the reservations back-office, including ticket issuing, modifications and cancellations
Your profile
- Native level of French and B2 level of English
- Preferably 6 months of experience in customer service or technical support in a call center
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with an analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Enthusiastic, proactive and a true team player
- Customer and quality-oriented attitude
- Valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship required
Working conditions
- Fixed-term contract of 6 months
- Full-time position from Monday to Saturday with rotating shifts between 8 am and 8 pm
Compensation and benefits
- 890 € gross per month paid 14 times a year
- Performance bonus up to 100 € per month
- Complexity bonus up to 70 € per month
- Meal vouchers of 7.23 € per workday
