Your responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to transform online credit simulations into completed files
  • Receive inbound calls from customers and provide support by answering their questions
  • Ensure clear communication and excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with a multicultural and diverse team

Your profile

  • Native level of French required
  • Good level of English is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong motivation and commitment to your work
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Customer service oriented, proactive and a team player
  • Sales or commercial background is a plus
  • Previous customer service or credit recovery experience is an advantage
  • Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career

Working conditions

  • Temporary contract of 6 months
  • Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 9 am and 7 pm

Compensation and benefits

  • 890 € gross per month paid 14 times a year
  • Complexity bonus of 200 € per month
  • Performance bonus up to 50 € per month
  • Meal vouchers of 7.23 € per workday
  • Partial reimbursement of transportation costs

For international candidates

  • Reimbursement of initial flight ticket up to 400 € after 4 months
