Job description

As a French-speaking Technical Support Specialist for a leading electronic provider, you will help customers solve technical issues, provide expert product advice, and ensure smooth logistics processes. You will contribute to delivering high-quality support in an innovative company that strives to improve healthcare and everyday life.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in resolving technical issues.
  • Provide product information and guidance.
  • Follow up on logistics and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct quality checks to maintain service standards.
  • Offer sales support when needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

  • EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit/residency card.
  • Fluent French; English is a plus.
  • Motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering quality service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
  • Open to working in a multicultural environment.

What’s in It for You

  • One-year renewable contract.
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM.
  • Salary options:
  • With free shared accommodation (all bills included): €990 gross/month.
  • Without accommodation: €1,100 gross/month.
