Medical Product Advisor – French Speaker

As a Medical Product Advisor, you will support customers using the Omnipod Insulin Management System, ensuring their needs are met with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from customers regarding the Omnipod Insulin Management System.
• Respond to inbound calls and manage product orders and shipments.
• Provide guidance and direction to customers, resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Encourage proper and consistent product usage to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a multicultural team environment.

• Fluent in French with a good command of English.
• Energetic, innovative, and proactive problem-solver.
