Sales Representative for Software Company French Speaker – Lisbon

Your responsibilities

• Contact new and existing clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales.
• Improve client experience by supporting product adoption.
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to customers.
• Become an expert in the platform’s advertising solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and take responsibility for revenue growth.
• Deliver excellent customer service and share product knowledge proactively.

Your profile

• Native French speaker with fluent English (B2-C1).
• At least 2 years of experience in online sales and/or digital marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, email systems, and CRM tools.
• Proactive mindset, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Commitment to excellence and professionalism.

What’s in it for you?

• Contract: Long-term fixed-term, renewable annually.

• Salary:
• With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month.
• Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month.
• Training period (15 days): 50% of hourly wages.
