As part of the customer service team in Lisbon, you will support patients using the OmniPod Insulin Management System, ensuring they receive the best care and guidance.

Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service for a Medical Device Company will be:

  • Handling customer inquiries about the OmniPod product via inbound calls
  • Managing orders and coordinating product shipments to clients
  • Providing empathetic and timely support to resolve customer issues
  • Offering clear guidance and encouraging proper use of the product
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by delivering professional assistance

What’s in it for you?

  • Signing bonus: €1500
  • Contract type: Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually
  • Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, 24/7
  • Salary package (two options):
  • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month
  • Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month
