Fashion Customer Advisor for a Clothing Company – French Speaker – Lisbon

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

• Acting as a fashion mentor for customers during their shopping experience
• Providing accurate answers and solutions to customer queries via phone, email or social media
• Supporting customers with questions related to products, orders, payment methods and shipping
• Ensuring polite, calm and professional interactions at all times
• Handling calls for prospects and clients and finalizing online credit simulations
• Liaising with other departments and redirecting cases or issues when needed

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native level of French and good level of English
• Enthusiasm about fashion, trends and customer experience
• Attentive listener with strong communication skills
• Ability to remain calm, proactive and resourceful in fast-paced situations
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and lifestyle
• Valid Portuguese work permit is required

What’s in it for you?

• Type of contract: Yearly, renewable
• Working hours: 40h/week (8h/day), Monday to Sunday, shifts between 7 AM and 9 PM

Salary conditions – 2 options:

• With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month
• Without accommodation: 1240€ gross/month
