Your Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Advisor, your tasks will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
  • Guiding users through product features and troubleshooting
  • Offering calm and structured support for technical questions
  • Advising on setup, usage and connectivity for various electronic products
  • Redirecting complex requests to the appropriate internal departments
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience and contributing to team success

Your Profile:

  • Native level of German and a good level of English
  • Interest in consumer electronics and willingness to learn
  • Clear communication skills and customer focus
  • Proactive, dynamic and solution oriented
  • Comfortable working in an international team
  • Valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship
  • Willing to relocate to Lisbon or already based in Portugal

What’s Offered:

  • Six or twelve month renewable contracts
  • Full time schedule of 40 hours per week with rotating shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM
  • Monthly salary based on experience:
  • With accommodation in a shared flat: 950 to 1000 euros gross
  • Without accommodation: 1300 to 1400 euros gross

  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses
  • Airport pick up on arrival
  • Annual return flight to your home country within the EU
  • Assistance with paperwork and opening a bank account
