Your Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Advisor for a medical device brand, your key tasks include:
- Handling inbound calls and email inquiries from customers regarding the Omnipod insulin system
- Coordinating product shipments and managing order processes
- Providing guidance on product use and offering timely technical support
- Assisting with compliance and proper usage of the medical device
- Ensuring a compassionate, helpful and informative experience for each customer
Your Profile:
- Native level of German and a good level of English
- Interest in healthcare, medical technology or helping others
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Professional attitude, empathy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and multicultural team
- Willing to relocate to Lisbon or already living in Portugal
- Valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship required
What’s Offered:
- Full time position with rotating shifts including nights (24/7 schedule)
- Contract options: six or twelve month renewable contract
- Monthly salary package:
- With shared accommodation provided: 1230 euros gross
- Without accommodation: 1612 euros gross
- Training period of five days paid at 90 percent of salary

- Reimbursement of initial flight costs upon contract signature
- Airport pick up on arrival
- Annual return flight to your home country within the EU
