Your responsibilities and impact as Technical Support for Smart Home Devices will be:

  • Respond to inbound customer requests and document case information accurately
  • Assist users with pre-sales questions, general inquiries, and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social platforms
  • Communicate in line with the brand’s tone across private and public channels (forums, reviews, etc.)
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction with friendly and solution-oriented responses
  • Work collaboratively within a diverse and international team

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Native-level French speaker with good English skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting (mandatory)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French
  • Motivated, committed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player open to multicultural collaboration
  • Sales or commercial experience is a plus
  • Customer service or credit recovery experience is a plus

  • Contract: CDI with 3-month trial period
  • Working hours: Monday–Friday rotating shifts (8 AM–10 PM); Saturday & Sunday (8 AM–5 PM), 2 rotating days off
  • Salary package:
  • €830 gross/month ×14
  • €120/month language bonus
  • up to €100/month performance bonus
  • 7.23€ meal vouchers per workday
  • Partial transportation reimbursement

  • Reimbursement of flight up to €400 after 4 months
