Your responsibilities and impact as Technical Support for Smart Home Devices will be:
- Respond to inbound customer requests and document case information accurately
- Assist users with pre-sales questions, general inquiries, and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social platforms
- Communicate in line with the brand’s tone across private and public channels (forums, reviews, etc.)
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction with friendly and solution-oriented responses
- Work collaboratively within a diverse and international team
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Native-level French speaker with good English skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting (mandatory)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French
- Motivated, committed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player open to multicultural collaboration
- Sales or commercial experience is a plus
- Customer service or credit recovery experience is a plus
What’s in it for you?
- Contract: CDI with 3-month trial period
- Working hours: Monday–Friday rotating shifts (8 AM–10 PM); Saturday & Sunday (8 AM–5 PM), 2 rotating days off
- Salary package:
- €830 gross/month ×14
- €120/month language bonus
- up to €100/month performance bonus
- 7.23€ meal vouchers per workday
- Partial transportation reimbursement

- Relocation package for international candidates:
- Reimbursement of flight up to €400 after 4 months
