Your Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer requests and document case details
- Provide assistance with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Adapt the brand’s tone and voice across different communication channels (private and public)
- Offer professional and friendly solutions to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment
Your Profile
- Native-level French speaker (mandatory)
- Good level of English (minimum B2)
- Motivated, customer service-oriented, and committed to your work
- Comfortable writing in French with excellent communication skills
- A proactive team player willing to work with colleagues from many nationalities
- Previous experience in customer service or credit recovery is a plus
- Looking for an international career opportunity in Lisbon

- Working hours: Monday–Sunday, rotating shifts (08:00–20:00)

- 890€ gross/month × 14 salaries
- +100€ performance bonus/month
