Your responsibilities and impact

You will be the go-to person for customers during the entire booking process, acting as a trusted advisor and providing first-class service:

• Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, changes and post-sale queries
• Provide clear and professional guidance on travel packages, pricing and availability
• Ensure smooth resolution of issues, including refunds or special requests
• Maintain and grow client relationships through high-quality service
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support lead generation and loyalty building by delivering consistent excellence

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed

• You are fluent in French and have at least a B2 level of English
• You have a valid EU passport or Portuguese residence card
• You are customer-focused, communicative and empathetic
• You have a strong interest in travel and enjoy helping others
• You are a team player and adapt easily to different cultural environments
• You are motivated, reliable and committed to delivering quality service

What’s in it for you

Contract: Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable yearly

Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week in rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7 AM to 7 PM)

Salary options:

• With free accommodation (shared apartment, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month
• Without accommodation: 1240€ gross/month
