Your Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Advisor, your main tasks will include:

  • Assisting customers via phone, email and chat with their questions or requests
  • Providing advice and solutions related to products, orders, deliveries or returns
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive brand experience
  • Meeting performance targets and contributing to the success of your team
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments for smooth case resolution

Your Profile:

  • Native level of French and fluent English
  • Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team
  • Open minded, professional and committed to quality work
  • Team player ready to engage in a multicultural setting
  • Valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship required

What’s Offered:

  • Full time position with rotating shifts between Monday and Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM
  • Monthly salary package includes:
  • 830 euros gross paid 14 times per year
  • Performance bonus of up to 100 euros per month
  • Meal vouchers worth 7.23 euros per working day
  • Reimbursement of part of local transport costs
  • Private health and dental insurance after six months

Relocation Support (for international candidates):

  • Reimbursement of flight ticket up to 400 euros after six months
  • Three months of company provided accommodation (rental contribution required)
