Your Responsibilities:

As a Banking Customer Advisor, your tasks will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email related to banking operations, including credit limits and account services
  • Supporting clients with administrative questions and banking processes
  • Updating customer records and databases with accurate financial and personal information
  • Ensuring efficient coordination of internal activities in compliance with company procedures
  • Collaborating with a multicultural team to deliver a high level of service

Your Profile:

  • Native level of French
  • Good written communication in French is essential
  • Motivated and professional attitude
  • Interest in financial services or customer support
  • Previous experience in customer service or credit recovery is a plus
  • Valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship
  • Willingness to relocate or already based in Lisbon

What’s Offered:

  • Six month temporary contract
  • Full time schedule from Monday to Saturday with rotating shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM
  • Monthly salary package includes:
  • 890 euros gross per month paid 14 times per year
  • Monthly performance bonus up to 100 euros
  • Meal vouchers of 7.23 euros per working day
  • Partial transportation reimbursement
  • Private health and dental insurance after six months

Relocation Support (for international candidates):

  • Reimbursement of flight costs up to 400 euros after four months
  • Four months of company provided accommodation in a shared flat (with rental contribution)
  • Help with paperwork and opening a bank account
  • Transportation to home country for medical appointments when needed
