Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Representative will be:
- Assisting viewers via phone and chat with account- or service-related queries
- Providing technical support for application use and troubleshooting software or connectivity issues
- Guiding users through system configurations and network settings
- Delivering accurate, real-time solutions to customer inquiries
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Native French speaker with an advanced level of English
- Strong adaptability, reliability, and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner with excellent communication abilities
- Previous experience in customer service is a significant advantage
- Motivation to work abroad and integrate into an international environment
What’s in it for you?
- Contract type: Full-time position (40h/week)
- Working schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 8 am and 9 pm
- Salary package:
- €890 gross/month × 14 months
- Performance bonus up to €100/month
- Meal allowance of €7.23/workday
- Relocation package:
- Reimbursement (up to €400) of initial flight after 6 months with the company
- 6 months of shared accommodation provided (with rental fee contribution)
