Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Representative will be:

  • Assisting viewers via phone and chat with account- or service-related queries
  • Providing technical support for application use and troubleshooting software or connectivity issues
  • Guiding users through system configurations and network settings
  • Delivering accurate, real-time solutions to customer inquiries
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Native French speaker with an advanced level of English
  • Strong adaptability, reliability, and problem-solving skills
  • Fast learner with excellent communication abilities
  • Previous experience in customer service is a significant advantage
  • Motivation to work abroad and integrate into an international environment

What’s in it for you?

  • Contract type: Full-time position (40h/week)
  • Working schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 8 am and 9 pm
  • Salary package:
  • €890 gross/month × 14 months
  • Performance bonus up to €100/month
  • Meal allowance of €7.23/workday
  • Relocation package:
  • Reimbursement (up to €400) of initial flight after 6 months with the company
  • 6 months of shared accommodation provided (with rental fee contribution)
