Your responsibilities and impact as an Airline Reservation Advisor will be:

  • Managing bookings: creating, changing, and cancelling reservations
  • Handling inbound calls to support clients with post-booking queries
  • Managing backend tasks such as ticket issuing and reservation modifications

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Native level of French and good level of English (mandatory)
  • Interest in Travel & Tourism (experience or studies in the field is a plus)
  • Strong customer service, listening and communication skills
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, and professional attitude
  • Team player, open to working in an international environment
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills

What’s in it for you?

  • Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 7 AM and 11 PM
  • Salary package:
  • 850€ gross/month ×14
  • up to 100€ monthly performance bonus
  • up to 100€ monthly complexity bonus
  • Meal vouchers of 7.23€ per workday
  • Partial transport reimbursement

  • Relocation package (for candidates outside Portugal):
  • Flight reimbursement up to 400€ after 4 months
