Your responsibilities and impact as a Banking Customer Advisor will be:
- Assisting customers with banking-related queries, mainly via email (e.g., requests for card plafond increases)
- Handling additional tasks connected to banking activities based on project requirements
- Coordinating office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Creating and updating records and databases with financial, personnel, and operational data
- Collaborating in a multicultural team environment with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Native French speaker (mandatory)
- Motivation to work abroad and commitment to professional growth
- Strong written communication skills in French
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a multicultural environment
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or credit recovery is a strong advantage
What’s in it for you?
- Contract type: 6-month temporary contract
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 7 am and 7 pm
- Salary package:
- €890 gross/month × 14 months
- Performance bonus up to €100/month
- Meal vouchers of €7.23/workday
