Your responsibilities
– Assist Abercrombie & Fitch customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
– Provide accurate information about products and services
– Manage order-related queries including payments, shipping, and stock availability
– Support customers with account access issues
– Ensure high-level customer satisfaction through professional communication
– Collaborate with your team to maintain service excellence
Your profile
– Native or fluent in French with good command of English
– Interest in the fashion and retail industry
– Strong communication and listening skills
– Motivation to work abroad in a multicultural environment
– Team player with a positive and solution-oriented attitude
– Previous customer service experience is a plus
What’s offered
– Long-term contract, renewable annually
– Full-time position: rotating shifts Monday to Sunday between 7:00 and 19:00
– Competitive salary package:
• With accommodation: 1040€ gross/month (shared apartment, bills included)
• Without accommodation: 1298€ gross/month
