Your responsibilities
• Respond to incoming customer requests and document case information
• Assist users with pre-sales, inquiries, and technical issues via phone, email, and social media
• Adapt the brand voice in both public and private communication channels
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through friendly, appropriate responses
• Collaborate within a multicultural and diverse team environment
Your profile
• Native-level French speaker (mandatory)
• English level: B2 minimum
• Motivated, team-oriented, and proactive
• Strong written communication in French
• Prior customer service or credit recovery experience is a plus
• Looking for an international career opportunity in Lisbon
What’s offered
• Permanent contract (CDI) with 3-month trial period
• Salary: €890 gross/month ×14
• Performance bonus: €100/month
• Meal vouchers: €7.23/workday

• Rotating shifts: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–20:00

Relocation package
• Flight reimbursement up to €400 (after 6 months)
• 12 months accommodation in shared flat (low-cost rent)
