Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Advisor
• Support banking customers via phone, email and chat
• Answer queries related to banking products and services
• Help customers resolve issues and complaints with efficiency and care
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role
• Native level of French
• Business-level proficiency in English
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit
• Interest in working abroad and in a multicultural environment
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Team spirit and motivation to deliver great service
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus

• Salary without accommodation: 1240 euros gross per month
