Your responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, payment methods and shipping while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Provide support to customers through emails and ensure clear communication
- Guarantee customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
Your profile
- Native level of French
- Passion for the beauty and make-up industry, studies or experience in this field is a plus
- Motivation to embrace a new challenge abroad
- Interest in travel, cultural exchange and teamwork
- Reliability, adaptability and flawless communication skills
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required
Working conditions
- Temporary contract of 10 months
- Full-time schedule from Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts between 8 am and 7 pm
Compensation and benefits
- 850 € gross per month paid 14 times a year
- Monthly performance bonus up to 100 €
- Meal vouchers of 7.23 € per workday
- Partial reimbursement of transportation costs

- Reimbursement of initial flight ticket up to 400 € after 4 months
