Your responsibilities and impact as a Digital Marketing Customer Service Agent:

• Provide expert advice to business clients on digital advertising-related queries
• Build relationships with key decision makers and consult on advertising strategies
• Understand clients’ business goals and suggest suitable campaign solutions
• Support with invoicing and administrative tasks
• Perform up-selling and cross-selling with existing clients
• Offer strategic campaign support and training sessions for advertisers
• Ensure high customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results

• Contract type: 12-month renewable fixed-term contract
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (no weekends)
• Work model: Hybrid (partly from home, partly in the office)
• Training: 5 weeks (paid at 90%)
• Salary options:
• • With accommodation included (shared flat, bills paid): 1,033€ gross/month + bonus
• • Without accommodation: 1,390€ gross/month + bonus

• Flight cost reimbursement after 9 months

Your profile:

• Native-level German with good English (B2+)
• Experience in customer service or sales
