Your responsibilities and impact as a Travel Booking Specialist will be:

  • Managing customer queries efficiently via phone and email
  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls to resolve issues and provide guidance
  • Assisting clients with upgrades, rescheduling, bookings, claims, and other inquiries
  • Understanding client needs related to travel dates, destinations, and budgets
  • Managing bookings and reservations (alterations, cancellations, new reservations)
  • Overseeing back-office tasks such as ticket issuing, modifications, and cancellations
  • Ensuring consistent quality of service and customer satisfaction
  • Contributing to the company’s fast-paced growth with opportunities to progress internally

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Native level of French + good command of English (B2)
  • Ideally, 6 months of previous experience in Customer Service or Technical Support in a call center
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Analytical mindset with customer and quality focus
  • Valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship required

What’s in it for you?

  • Contract type: 6-month fixed-term contract
  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts from 8 am to 8 pm
  • Salary package:
  • €890 gross/month × 14 months
  • Performance bonus up to €100/month
  • Complexity bonus up to €70/month
  • Meal vouchers of €7.23/workday
  • Partial reimbursement of transportation costs
  • Private health and dental insurance (after 6 months)

Relocation package for international candidates:

  • Reimbursement (up to €400) of initial flight after 6 months with the company
  • 6 months of shared accommodation provided (rental fee contribution required)
