Your responsibilities and impact as a Travel Booking Specialist will be:
- Managing customer queries efficiently via phone and email
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls to resolve issues and provide guidance
- Assisting clients with upgrades, rescheduling, bookings, claims, and other inquiries
- Understanding client needs related to travel dates, destinations, and budgets
- Managing bookings and reservations (alterations, cancellations, new reservations)
- Overseeing back-office tasks such as ticket issuing, modifications, and cancellations
- Ensuring consistent quality of service and customer satisfaction
- Contributing to the company’s fast-paced growth with opportunities to progress internally
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Native level of French + good command of English (B2)
- Ideally, 6 months of previous experience in Customer Service or Technical Support in a call center
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Analytical mindset with customer and quality focus
- Valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship required
What’s in it for you?
- Contract type: 6-month fixed-term contract
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts from 8 am to 8 pm
- Salary package:
- €890 gross/month × 14 months
- Performance bonus up to €100/month
- Complexity bonus up to €70/month
- Meal vouchers of €7.23/workday
- Partial reimbursement of transportation costs
- Private health and dental insurance (after 6 months)
Relocation package for international candidates:
- Reimbursement (up to €400) of initial flight after 6 months with the company
