Job description

Your responsibilities
- Provide support to customers by responding to inbound requests via social media, chat, email and occasional calls
- Handle queries related to subscriptions, invoicing and technical troubleshooting
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding in a professional and friendly manner
Your profile
- Native level of French and good level of English (minimum B2)
- Already based in Portugal, living between Coimbra and Algarve
- Motivation and commitment to your work
- Strong written skills in French
- Customer service oriented, proactive and a team player
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
Working conditions
- Full-time position with a temporary contract of 6 months
- Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8 am and 9 pm
Compensation and benefits
- 890 € gross per month paid 14 times a year
- Performance bonus up to 100 € per month
- Meal vouchers of 7.23 € per workday
