Your responsibilities and impact as a Travel Agent for Expedia will be:
- Assisting customers with issues during the booking process and providing clear instructions
- Helping travelers find the right booking solutions and supporting them during their trip
- Managing refund requests and offering effective solutions
- Maintaining and expanding the client network with qualified lead generation
- Delivering excellent customer and client support across all stages of the booking process
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Native-level French with good English skills (preferred)
- Passion for travel and tourism
- Motivation, reliability, and commitment to your work
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Team spirit and willingness to collaborate with colleagues of many nationalities
- Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career
What’s in it for you?
- Contract type: Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually
- Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, rotating shifts depending on the project
- Salary package (two options):
- With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month
- Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month
Relocation support for international candidates:
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
- Airport pick-up upon arrival
- Annual return flight to your home country (within the EU)
