As a French-speaking Travel Agent for Expedia, you will assist travellers throughout their booking journey, ensuring they enjoy a seamless and stress-free travel experience. Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers with booking processes, from initial inquiry to confirmation.
• Provide clear instructions and guidance for travel arrangements.
• Resolve issues during the booking or travel period, including refunds when necessary.
• Maintain relationships with clients and help expand the customer network.
• Generate and manage qualified leads to support business growth.

Your Profile

• Fluent French; English is a plus.
• Passion for travel and tourism.
