Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Support for Lighting Products will be:
- Responding to inbound customer requests and documenting case details
- Assisting users with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support via phone, email, and social media channels
- Adapting the brand’s voice and tone across communication channels (private and public)
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by providing clear, friendly, and professional support
- Collaborating within a diverse and multicultural team
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Native French speaker with a good level of English
- Motivation to work abroad and commitment to learning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French
- Team-oriented and adaptable to multicultural environments
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage
- Sales or commercial background is a plus
What’s in it for you?
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 7 am and 7 pm (8h/day)
- Salary package:
- €890 gross/month × 14 months
- Performance bonus up to €100/month
- Meal vouchers of €7.23/workday

Relocation package for international candidates:
- Reimbursement (up to €400) of initial flight after 4 months with the company
