B2B Sales Advisor for Microsoft – French Speaker – Work in Lisbon

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage client inquiries about Microsoft products and services via phone (80 percent inbound, 20 percent outbound) and email
• Support small and medium-sized businesses across sectors such as healthcare, finance, education, trade, and industry
• Provide client-oriented solutions with a focus on product lines like Surface and HoloLens
• Share information about products, prices, and discounts
• Process orders and finalize sales over the phone
• Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts
• Maintain continuous contact with existing clients for updates and optimization

Your Profile:

• Native-level fluency in French with good English skills
• Previous experience in sales or strong sales orientation
• Good negotiation skills or the motivation to develop them
• Interest in technology and innovative products
• Precise, reliable, and committed approach to work
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude
• Team player with adaptability in an international workplace

What You Will Get:

• Long-term renewable contract of 12 months
• Full-time role, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM
• Competitive salary package:
• 1,040 euros gross per month with company-provided shared accommodation
• 1,240 euros gross per month without accommodation
