What you will do in this role 

- Supervise the day-to-day performance and attendance of a team of call center associates, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.  

- Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members to drive performance and consistently achieve KPIs.  

- Identify performance gaps, implement action plans and corrective measures, and support employee development.  

- Ensure the team delivers high-quality service that meets contractual KPIs and financial expectations.  

- Handle escalated customer cases and act as a subject matter expert when needed.  

- Lead team meetings, communicate updates clearly, and foster a positive, engaged team environment aligned with company values.  

Your qualifications 

- Have a proficient or bilingual level of French and advanced English

- 2–4 years of experience in customer service or call center environments, with leadership exposure preferred.  

- Strong coaching, mentoring, and team management skills with the ability to drive performance.  

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).  

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  

- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work under pressure with strong follow-through.  

- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to lead teams effectively and support business needs.
