Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service Agent will be:

  • Assisting customers with their requests by email, phone, and live chat
  • Collecting and updating customer data
  • Providing product information (subscriptions, payments, technical requirements)
  • Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through appropriate and friendly responses

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • EU Citizenship or valid residency card
  • Native level of French and a good command of English
  • Understanding of the value and impact of customer experience
  • Strong interest in new technologies
  • Attentive listening and clear communication skills
  • Drive for excellence and professionalism

What’s in it for you?

  • Type of contract: fixed-term, renewable yearly
  • Working hours: full-time (40h/week) on rotating shifts

Salary conditions – 2 options:

  • With free accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 1040€ gross/month
  • Without accommodation: 1240€ gross/month

Relocation package for international candidates:

  • Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months
  • Airport pick-up upon arrival
  • Yearly return flight ticket to your home country (within the EU)
  • Help with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc.
