Your responsibilities and impact as a Banking Customer Advisor will be:

  • Providing support on banking-related queries, mainly via email (e.g. requests for card plafond increases)
  • Performing tasks related to banking activity according to project needs
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
  • Collaborating within a multicultural and diverse team environment

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Native French speaker (mandatory)
  • Strong motivation and commitment to your work
  • Excellent written skills in French
  • Team spirit and willingness to work with colleagues from many nationalities
  • Sales or commercial background is a plus
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or credit recovery is a plus

What’s in it for you?

  • 6-month temporary contract
  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM

Salary package:

  • 890€ gross/month x 14 months
  • Up to 100€/month performance bonus
  • Meal vouchers: 7.23€ per working day
  • Reimbursement of part of transportation costs
  • Private health insurance and dental plan (after 6 months)

Relocation support (for candidates outside Portugal):

  • Reimbursement (up to 400€) of initial flight ticket after 4 months
  • 4 months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company (rental fee applies)
