Job description
Are you passionate about travel and hospitality? Join the customer service team of a luxury hotel chain in Lisbon and help travelers enjoy smooth and memorable journeys while building your career abroad.
Your responsibilities
- Manage bookings including modifications, cancellations, and new reservations
- Assist clients via inbound emails and chat during the after-sales process
- Respond to inquiries regarding reservations and special requests
- Handle back-office tasks such as ticket issuing and updates to reservations
Your profile
- Native-level German speaker with professional English (C1–C2)
- Experience with GDS tools is a plus
- Enthusiastic about travel and the tourism industry
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Energetic, proactive, and customer-oriented
- Excited about intercultural experiences and the expat lifestyle
- Already in Lisbon or willing to relocate for an international opportunity
- Valid Portuguese work permit required
Conditions and benefits
- Contract: Fixed-term 6 months, renewable
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 7:00–18:00
- Salary package:
- 1,100 € gross/month x 14 months
- Up to 150 € monthly performance bonus
- Meal vouchers of 7.23 € per workday
