You will be supporting one of the world’s largest package delivery companies, a key player in global logistics and transportation. Your mission will be to assist customers across German-speaking markets with their inquiries, helping them find the best solutions.

Your responsibilities and impact as a Logistics Customer Advisor will be

  • Handle customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Solve delivery-related problems and respond to general questions
  • Provide information about services, delays, and tracking
  • Assist with claims, complaints and follow-up cases
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role

  • Native level of German and a good level of English
  • Interest in logistics, transport or customer service
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and multi-cultural environment
  • Motivated, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Willing to relocate to Lisbon for a long-term opportunity
  • EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required

What’s in it for you

  • Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year
  • Full-time position (40h per week), Monday to Friday between 7 am and 10 pm
  • Rotating shifts of 8 hours per day plus one hour for lunch or dinner

Salary options

  • With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950 euros gross per month
  • Without accommodation: 1300 to 1400 euros gross per month

  • Reimbursement of flight expenses after 9 months

  • Yearly return flight to your home country within the EU
