Are you a native French speaker with a passion for helping others and an interest in the healthcare sector? Join an international team in Lisbon as a Customer Service Agent supporting pharmaceutical clients, where you’ll provide essential assistance to customers regarding their medical queries.
Your responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from French-speaking customers (B2C)
- Provide clear information about pharmaceutical products, orders, and support topics
- Show empathy and professionalism in assisting sensitive customer needs
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering fast and accurate solutions
- Collaborate with your team to improve the overall service experience
Your profile
- Native-level French speaker with at least a B1 level in English
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Genuine interest in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
- Willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
- Valid work permit or EU citizenship required
What’s in it for you?
- Fixed-term contract, renewable yearly
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00
- Training included (approx. 2 weeks), compensated at 50% of your hourly wage
- Salary options:
- • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1,040 gross/month
- • Without accommodation: €1,240 gross/month
Relocation Package
- Reimbursement of initial flight after 9 months
- Airport pick-up upon arrival
