French-speaking Medical Product Advisor – Lisbon

Are you passionate about healthcare and interested in supporting patients using innovative medical devices? Join an international team in Lisbon and help improve the lives of people living with diabetes. You’ll become an expert on the Omnipod Insulin Management System and play a key role in guiding users with empathy and precision.

Your responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about the Omnipod device via phone and email
• Coordinate orders and manage product shipments
• Support customers in the proper use of the system and encourage product adherence
• Handle technical and product-related questions with professionalism
• Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a reassuring experience for users

Your profile

• Fluent in French with a good level of English
• Strong communication and customer care skills
• Energetic, solution-oriented and proactive
• Team player with an open mind for working in a multicultural environment
• Interest in healthcare or medical technology
• No prior experience required – training is provided

What’s offered

• Long-term renewable fixed-term contract
• Full-time position (40h/week) with rotating shifts
• Monthly salary options:
• • With accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1,040€ gross/month
• • Without accommodation: 1,240€ gross/month
• Compensation during training (1 to 4 weeks): 50% of hourly wage (reduced tax rate)
