Your responsibilities

As part of the customer service team, you will:

• Advise French-speaking business clients on advertising solutions and digital tools
• Build meaningful relationships with marketing professionals and decision-makers
• Understand client objectives and align them with advertising strategies
• Provide campaign support and deliver client training on online platforms
• Ensure high satisfaction through personalized, solution-driven service

Your profile

• Native French speaker with a good level of English (minimum B2)
• Completed secondary education or a university degree
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage
• Comfortable using social media and digital platforms
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Enthusiastic, professional and open to working with colleagues from various countries

What’s offered

• Long-term fixed-term contract (renewable yearly)
• Monday to Friday, full-time (40h/week), 08:00 to 18:00
• Paid 5-week training including Google Ads certification
• Monthly salary options:
• • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 1,040€ gross
• • Without accommodation: 1,240€ gross
