Are you passionate about high-end fashion and eager to work behind the scenes of world-renowned brands like Louis Vuitton or Michael Kors? This is your opportunity to join the customer service team of one of the most prestigious luxury fashion houses, right from Lisbon.

Your responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, your mission will be to deliver a premium experience to French-speaking clients by:

  • Providing support via phone and email
  • Giving clear and detailed information about the products and collections
  • Offering professional advice and usage recommendations
  • Following up on orders, requests, or after-sales inquiries
  • Ensuring a high-quality customer journey from start to finish

Your profile

  • You have a fluent level of French and a good level of English
  • You are an EU citizen or hold a valid residency/work permit for Portugal
  • You are passionate about fashion and luxury products
  • You are service-oriented and confident in communication
  • You enjoy working in an international environment with diverse teams
  • You are ready to relocate to Lisbon for a new professional adventure

What’s offered

  • Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually
  • Full-time or part-time shifts (depending on project needs)
  • Competitive salary package with two options:
  • • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 1,040€ gross/month
  • • Without accommodation: 1,240€ gross/month
  • Private health insurance provided from day one

Relocation package (for international candidates)

  • Reimbursement of initial flight after 9 months
  • Pick-up from the airport on arrival
  • One annual round-trip ticket to your home country (EU)
  • Support with admin tasks (bank account, residency paperwork, etc.)
