Your responsibilities
- Assist French-speaking banking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to inquiries about services, accounts, or transactions
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver efficient service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Your profile
- Native-level French speaker with good English (B2)
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency/work permit
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented
- Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
- Willing to relocate and integrate into an international work environment
What’s offered
- Long-term renewable contract
- Full-time position (40 hours/week), rotating shifts
- Monthly salary options:
- • With shared accommodation: 1040€ gross
- • Without accommodation: 1240€ gross
- Training period (1 to 4 weeks) compensated at 50% of hourly wage (lower tax rate)
Relocation support (for international candidates)
- Reimbursement of flight expenses after 9 months
- Airport pick-up on arrival
- One annual return flight to your home country (within the EU)
- Assistance with administrative setup (bank account, paperwork, etc.)
