Your Responsibilities:
As a Technical Support Advisor, your tasks will include:
- Responding to inbound customer requests and documenting each interaction accurately
- Supporting users with product information, troubleshooting and technical issues via phone, email and social media
- Handling pre sales and general inquiries with professionalism and clarity
- Adapting brand communication style across different channels including ecommerce and forums
- Contributing to customer satisfaction through timely and friendly interactions
- Collaborating with an international team to deliver consistent support
Your Profile:
- Native level of French and good English skills
- Valid residency card or EU citizenship
- Interest in technology and smart home devices
- Motivated, reliable and willing to learn
- Strong writing and communication skills in French
- Team player who thrives in international work environments
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
What’s Offered:
- Full time role with rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday between 7 AM and 7 PM
- Monthly salary package:
- 890 euros gross paid 14 times per year
- Performance bonus up to 100 euros per month
- Meal vouchers of 7.23 euros per working day
- Reimbursement of part of local transportation costs

Relocation Support (for candidates outside Portugal):
- Reimbursement of flight ticket up to 400 euros after four months
- Four months of accommodation in a company arranged shared flat (rental contribution required)
