Your Responsibilities:

As a Technical Support Advisor, your tasks will include:

  • Responding to inbound customer requests and documenting each interaction accurately
  • Supporting users with product information, troubleshooting and technical issues via phone, email and social media
  • Handling pre sales and general inquiries with professionalism and clarity
  • Adapting brand communication style across different channels including ecommerce and forums
  • Contributing to customer satisfaction through timely and friendly interactions
  • Collaborating with an international team to deliver consistent support

Your Profile:

  • Native level of French and good English skills
  • Valid residency card or EU citizenship
  • Interest in technology and smart home devices
  • Motivated, reliable and willing to learn
  • Strong writing and communication skills in French
  • Team player who thrives in international work environments
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus

What’s Offered:

  • Full time role with rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday between 7 AM and 7 PM
  • Monthly salary package:
  • 890 euros gross paid 14 times per year
  • Performance bonus up to 100 euros per month
  • Meal vouchers of 7.23 euros per working day
  • Reimbursement of part of local transportation costs
  • Private health insurance and dental plan after six months

Relocation Support (for candidates outside Portugal):

  • Reimbursement of flight ticket up to 400 euros after four months
  • Four months of accommodation in a company arranged shared flat (rental contribution required)
  • Help with administrative steps including opening a bank account
