You’ll support business clients by solving technical issues related to their digital marketing accounts and help them get the most out of their campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical assistance to French speaking B2B clients via chat and email
  • Troubleshoot issues on the digital advertising platform using your tech knowledge
  • Identify bugs, support with basic coding diagnostics, and define process improvements
  • Understand client goals and provide appropriate advertising solutions
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering clear and accurate information
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex cases

Your Profile

  • Native level of French and good command of English (B2 level minimum)
  • Background in technical support or customer service
  • Knowledge or strong interest in online marketing tools and strategies
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a tech environment
  • Willing to relocate to Lisbon and integrate into a multicultural company
  • Valid work permit for Portugal or EU citizenship

What’s Offered

  • 12-month renewable contract
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (40h/week)
  • Full initial training (7–10 weeks), 100% paid
  • Two salary options:
  • • With accommodation (shared apartment, bills included): €1040 gross/month + €400 bonus/quarter
  • • Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month + €400 bonus/month

Relocation Package

  • Reimbursement of flight expenses after 9 months
  • Pick-up at Lisbon airport
  • Yearly return flight to your home country within the EU
  • Full support with paperwork and bank account setup
