As a French-speaking Sales Associate, you will play a key role in customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will range from qualifying new leads to providing tailored solutions and post-sales support, all while working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, web contact, and phone.
- Manage orders, fulfill requests, and provide post-sales support.
- Call and qualify new potential clients and leads.
- Understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Perform up-selling and cross-selling activities.
- Build and maintain a quality customer database.
- Create business opportunities to increase account revenue.
- Collaborate closely with your team to share insights and best practices.
- Provide ad-hoc support when needed and contribute to the team’s success.
Your Profile
- Native-level French; good English is a strong plus.
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit/residency card required.
- Previous sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering excellence.
- Team-oriented and comfortable in a multicultural environment.
What’s in It for You
- Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable yearly.
- Full-time, 40 hours/week (8h/day), Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts depending on the project.
- Salary options:
- With free shared accommodation (all bills included): €1,040 gross/month.
- Without accommodation: €1,240 gross/month.
- Private health insurance after 6 months, in addition to standard coverage.
- Relocation support for international candidates:
- Flight reimbursement after 9 months.
