Your Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Advisor, your main tasks will include:
- Contacting new and existing business clients via phone, email and chat
- Identifying new business opportunities and building client loyalty
- Supporting clients with product adoption before and after sales
- Managing a portfolio and driving revenue growth
- Becoming an expert in digital advertising tools
- Advising clients with a consultative approach and providing timely solutions
- Sharing product knowledge and assisting with any service requests
Your Profile:
- Native level of French and fluent English (minimum B2 to C1)
- Valid residency card or EU citizenship is required
- At least three years of experience in online sales or digital marketing
- Proactive mindset with good communication and negotiation skills
- Detail oriented with strong follow up and problem solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM or email systems
- Motivated, reliable and eager to develop professionally in a fast paced environment
What’s Offered:
- Long term fixed term contract, renewable annually
- Thirty days of probation before contract signature
- Full time schedule from Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 5 PM
- Monthly salary package:
- With accommodation in a shared flat: 1040 euros gross
- Without accommodation: 1240 euros gross
- Training period of 15 days paid at 50 percent (lower tax rate)
- Private health insurance from the first day of contract
Relocation Support (for international candidates):
- Reimbursement of initial flight costs after nine months
- Airport pick up upon arrival
- Annual return flight to your home country within the EU
- Help with paperwork and opening a bank account
