Your Responsibilities
- Handle customer service requests via phone and email.
- Provide accurate product information to customers.
- Offer professional advice on product usage.
- Process warranty claims with efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication.
Your Profile
- Native-level French speaker with at least B1 level English.
- Passionate about the automotive industry.
- Motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Team-oriented, open to working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

- Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week on rotating shifts (Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM).
- Salary Package:
- With free accommodation in a shared flat, all bills included: €1040 gross per month.
- Without accommodation: €1240 gross per month.
