Your Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via social media, chat, email, and calls (small percentage)
- Handle inquiries related to subscriptions, invoicing, and technical troubleshooting
- Accurately record details of interactions, complaints, and actions taken
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and friendly responses
Your Profile
- Native-level French speaker (mandatory)
- Good English level (minimum B2)
- Already based in Portugal (eligible candidates: from Coimbra down to Algarve)
- Strong written skills in French
- Motivated, reliable, and customer-oriented
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus (not mandatory)
What’s in It for You?
- Contract: 6-month temporary contract with full-time employment
- Salary package:
- 890€ gross/month × 14 salaries per year
- Up to 100€ performance bonus monthly
- Meal allowance of 7.23€ per working day
- Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday–Sunday, between 08:00–21:00
