Working for a leading technology brand means embracing passion, energy, and innovation. As a German-speaking Fraud Prevention Agent, you will investigate suspicious transactions, detect fraudulent activities, and ensure customer trust and security.

Your Responsibilities

  • Review online purchase orders flagged for suspicious activity.
  • Conduct detailed investigations and decide on acceptance or cancellation of orders.
  • Detect trends, record suspicious patterns, and report emerging risks.
  • Contact customers via phone and email to verify order details.
  • Ensure privacy compliance in all communications.
  • Work independently with a strong sense of accuracy and detail.

Your Profile

  • Native-level German and excellent English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to process complex information quickly and accurately.
  • Comfortable working under deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented, precise, and highly motivated.
  • Positive mindset and collaborative spirit.
  • Willingness to commit to medium- or long-term relocation.

  • With accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €950 – €1,000 gross/month.
  • Without accommodation: €1,300 – €1,400 gross/month.
  • Contract: 6 months or 1 year, renewable.
  • Working Hours: 40h/week, 5 days/week, rotating shifts.
