Your Responsibilities
- Review online purchase orders flagged for suspicious activity.
- Conduct detailed investigations and decide on acceptance or cancellation of orders.
- Detect trends, record suspicious patterns, and report emerging risks.
- Contact customers via phone and email to verify order details.
- Ensure privacy compliance in all communications.
- Work independently with a strong sense of accuracy and detail.
Your Profile
- Native-level German and excellent English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to process complex information quickly and accurately.
- Comfortable working under deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented, precise, and highly motivated.
- Positive mindset and collaborative spirit.
- Willingness to commit to medium- or long-term relocation.

- With accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €950 – €1,000 gross/month.
- Without accommodation: €1,300 – €1,400 gross/month.
- Contract: 6 months or 1 year, renewable.
- Working Hours: 40h/week, 5 days/week, rotating shifts.
