Your responsibilities

• Assist bank customers via phone, chat, and email with inquiries about products and services.
• Handle complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide clear and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your profile

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit/residency card (mandatory).
• Native French speaker with business-level English.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

What’s in it for you?

• Contract: Long-term fixed-term, renewable annually.
• Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, rotating shifts depending on the project.
• Salary:
• With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month.
• Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month.
• Training period (1–4 weeks): 50% of hourly wages.
