Job description

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their Danish team, reporting directly to the Danish Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for customer onboarding, sales, and handling customer service inquiries, while also collaborating closely with the collections team.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customers with accurate information about products, services, and payment options.
  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities by following established strategies and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s financial products to provide clear and precise guidance to customers.
  • Manage customer inquiries via email, SMS, and phone, delivering a high-quality customer experience.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Payments and Collections to ensure efficient and transparent processes.
  • Assist with additional customer service-related tasks as needed.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Take on other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Additional ResponsibilitiesContribute to the preparation of sales reports.
  • Assist with training and mentoring of new team members.
  • Help document the team’s operational procedures.
  • Suggest improvements to operational systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as required by the Head of New Markets.
  • Required Skills & ExperienceFluent in Danish and English (both spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in sales of financial products.
  • Knowledge of customer onboarding and documentation verification processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on results.
  • High attention to detail and ability to take initiative.
  • A customer-focused mindset and strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently when required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
