The Role – CRM Manager (Danish-speaking)

As a CRM Manager in Copenhagen, you will develop and execute personalized CRM campaigns to drive player retention, engagement, and reactivation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, using data insights to create targeted campaigns that enhance the full customer journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, implementing, and optimizing CRM strategies to boost engagement.
  • Creating personalized campaigns via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Analyzing customer behavior and data to drive segmentation and targeted marketing.
  • Working closely with marketing, product, and data teams for seamless execution.
  • Monitoring KPIs, tracking campaign performance, and suggesting optimizations.
  • Ensuring CRM communication aligns with brand tone, compliance, and responsible gaming standards.
  • Running A/B tests and experimenting with new strategies to maximize player lifetime value.

Requirements

To succeed as a CRM Manager in this role, you should have:

  • Native-level Danish and strong proficiency in English.
  • 2+ years of CRM experience (ideally in iGaming, e-commerce, or digital marketing).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM tools & automation platforms.
  • Ability to design compelling customer journeys and loyalty strategies.
  • Experience with customer segmentation and retention programs.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • A genuine interest in the iGaming industry is a big plus!
